Cancellation Policy
At The Culler Method, your time and mine are both valuable. To ensure fairness, respect, and a smooth experience for all clients, the following policies are in place:
Client Cancellations & Late Arrivals
To avoid cancellation fees, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
No-shows and arrivals 30 minutes or more late will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
Arrivals 15–30 minutes late will be charged 25% of the scheduled service total, and the service may be shortened to accommodate the remaining time.
Appointments may be canceled online, by phone call, or by text message.
All fees will be charged to the card on file.
Exceptions may be made for documented emergencies, inclement weather, or medical situations.
Stylist Commitment to You
Your time is equally respected.
If the stylist cancels less than 24 hours before the appointment, the client will receive 50% off the rescheduled service.
If the stylist arrives 15–30 minutes late, the client will receive 25% off the scheduled service.
Exceptions may be made for extended client time, documented emergencies, inclement weather, or medical situations.
Exceptions include situations involving client processing time extensions, emergencies, inclement weather, or medical circumstances.
